Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose invoice with the return package. All items returned must be unworn, clean and with tags still attached. All goods will be inspected upon return. We do not offer a free returns service at this stage.
Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. CC Powell will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) packaging supplied.

Refunds(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
