Personal information provided on the website and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server. We are committed to handling your personal information with high standards of information security. We take appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative steps to maintain the security of your personal information. Secure information will not be passed on to any third parties, and will not be recorded for any purpose.

Terms of Sale

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose invoice with the return package. All items returned must be unworn, clean and with tags still attached. All goods will be inspected upon return. We do not offer a free returns service at this stage.

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. CC Powell will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) packaging supplied.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT NOTE ONLY WITHIN THE 14 DAY RETURN PERIOD.

Refunds(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
